Right now we're spreading our wings, and are gearing up to make the leap across the pond.. bringing Vidsy to the U S of A. 🗽 We'll be landing in Jan 2019, and this Lead Creative Strategist role will make up part of our founding US Team, working towards bring Vidsy to the American market and establishing our international presence. 

The Role

Vidsy is on the lookout for a Lead Creative Strategist to join our new US Division; to work on the execution of a wide range of briefs for major brands - including Facebook, L'Oreal, King, Unilever and Barclays - and some of the hottest new startups too 🔥.

The position a fast paced, multi faceted role which focuses on creating amazing social video content by partnering with clients to create concepts and ideas for their campaigns, and then bringing them to life by directing our External Creator Community and utilising our fantastic In-House Design Team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working directly with Vidsy’s clients to execute on a multitude of different briefs within a fast paced StartUp environment.

  • Crafting creative strategy for our clients to ensure our deliverables consistently meet their objectives and are always 💯!

  • Translating client requirements into briefs ready to go onto our platform.

  • Working alongside a Junior Strategist to direct our External Creator Community.

  • Overseeing the ‘beautification’ of client videos via our In-House Design Team.

  • Constantly acting as a subject matter expert for creativity in social video.


  • You’re a social native - whether it’s Facebook, Instagram, or Snapchat - experience with social is a must. - This stuff's in your blood 💘

  • Experience working with clients within an agency environment or in-house for brand(s).

  • A creative mindset, and ability to run ideation and concept workshops.

  • Ability to work directly with clients throughout a briefs lifespan, including early stage concepting, ongoing updates, delivery and post brief washups.

  • Passionate about quality, creative and keen to offer real value for our clients.

  • Experience working in a fast paced startup environment.

  • Prior experience working on social video content.

  • Experience working with International Teams.
