Right now we're spreading our wings, and are gearing up to make the leap across the pond.. bringing Vidsy to the U S of A. 🗽 We'll be landing in Q4 2018, and this Sales Director role will make up part of our founding US Team, working towards bring Vidsy to the American market and establishing our international presence. 

 

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Director who's ready to jump into a fast paced start-up environment and own a vertical within our scaling team. Within the role you'll actively manage, identify, prioritise and drive business opportunities for Vidsy, whilst ensuring our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.

Requirements

  • 7+ years sales experience or equivalent 
  • A thorough understanding of video and tech
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals & owning an industry, vertical or client group.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • Ability to win the support of key stakeholders, and extensive stakeholder management experience
  • Able to work independently, as part of a tight knit team or to lead a small team as needed
  • Experience creating persuasive sales presentations and material using market trends and case studies

  • Previous experience managing a Sales Team and/or hiring Sales Professionals
  • An existing network of relationships with large brands and agencies
  • Experience working with International Teams
